DESCRIPTION OF CLASS LEVELS

Level I Classes: for people brand new to aerial arts, or people still working on basic aerial skills (i.e. foot block, upside-down knee hook on rope/silks, getting comfortable with sitting and standing poses on trapeze)

Level II Classes: for students who have completed at least one 7-or-8-week class session (at AirCraft or elsewhere) and can do foot blocks, go upside-down from the mat, and get up on the trapeze and hoop with relative ease.

Level III Classes: for students who can do hip keys, upside-down descents from high up, and go up-and-over to front balance on trapeze and hoop.

Level IV Classes: for advanced students who do drops and rolls, meathooks, etc., and have the stamina and repertoire to do a four-minute aerial routine.

Choreography Classes: for Level II and up students who want to put together a routine. Students in this class work primarily on one piece of equipment, developing their own routine and giving feedback to others.

PS: AirCraft is going to host a recital in the winter, giving students a chance to premiere their routines!
